Reformer Conditioning continues to build on endurance and core strength while improving the body’s stamina and agility. Exercises are chosen to activate and mobilize the joints. This powerful exercise ensures you’re on your way to having a strong and streamlined body as you continue to strengthen and stabilize the hips, knees, and ankles.

Yoga Trapeze

Trapeze classes use aerial hammocks to achieve weightlessness, spinal decompression, gentle stretching, and core stabilization. Allow the sensation of flight to bring playfulness and freedom to your yoga practice. Decompress and elongate your spine through weightless inversions.  Go deeper into stretches and traditional yoga poses with the support of the hammock. Build strength and confidence on the aerial fabrics as you turn your yoga practice upside down. Finally, let the gentle swinging of the hammock relax your mind and release your daily stress.
