Total strength, flexibility, coordination and balance — in our dedicated Pilates studio. Every session tailored to you.
Our private Pilates studio features 4 Pilates Reformers with full tower attachments — the gold standard in reformer training. The room was designed specifically for this work: dedicated space, dedicated equipment, no distractions.
Every session is led by Amy Huskey, who has been teaching Pilates for over 30 years, or Darrian Huskey Turner, who has been teaching Pilates since 2016. Both bring the same philosophy: attention to detail, tailored programming, and results you can actually feel.
The Pilates Reformer is a spring-resistance machine that supports the body while challenging it through a full range of motion. Unlike floor Pilates, the Reformer adds eccentric and concentric resistance — meaning your muscles work on both the way in and the way out.
The result is three-dimensional movement that builds deep stabilizing strength, improves joint mobility, corrects posture, and develops total musculoskeletal conditioning — all without high-impact stress on the joints.
It’s equally effective for rehabilitation, athletic performance, and general fitness. If you have a body, the Reformer can work with it.
Deep stabilizing muscles engaged through every movement — not just surface-level work. The kind of core strength that protects your spine in real life.
Exercises activate and mobilize joints through their full range without high-impact stress. Ideal for anyone recovering from injury or surgery.
Realign the spine and shoulders through targeted, controlled movements. Clients consistently notice they’re standing taller within weeks.
Eccentric lengthening builds flexibility alongside strength simultaneously — not the passive stretching that fades, but functional range that sticks.
Full-body integration improves functional movement patterns that carry over into everything you do — walking, climbing stairs, lifting, reaching.
Gentle spring resistance supports recovery without aggravating limitations. We’ve helped clients rehab hips, shoulders, knees, and spines on the Reformer.
One-on-one with Amy or Darrian. Full attention, fully customized program. The best option if you have specific rehab needs or are just getting started.
Small group setting with the same quality equipment and instructor attention. Great for those who enjoy the energy of a shared class environment.
